CONSULTING COMPANY “GALS”.

The company is created in 1998 and from the moment of the foundation has defined as its basic strategy the service of joint-stock companies both in corporate relations and emissions of securities, and in questions of economic activities (the Certificate of the subject of estimation activity #26-66/04 from the July, 15, 2004, issued by Fund of the state property of Ukraine). In the process of the development the activity of the company was constantly extending and for today covers the expert estimation and all fields of legal service of juridical persons. Alongside with it the company offers services for the enterprises of any organizational and legal forms. The approaches offered by experts of the company, are directed on the optimal decisions of questions of clients in view of contradictions of the legislation of Ukraine.

REGISTRATORY COMPANY “GALS-REGISTER”.

The registratory company “GALS-REGISTER” was organized in 2000 for continuation of the general direction on maintenance of the full complex of services for joint-stock companies. The company is engaged in conducting the register of proprietors of nominal securities. The competent account of the property rights to securities and operative renewal of such rights is very important for any emitter of securities and, first of all, for joint-stock companies. In connection with the termination of validity of the license received before, the company has received the new license of the State commission for securities and stock market AA #770229 from July, 14, 2004 on conducting of the register of proprietors of registered securities and is a member of the Professional association of registrars and depositaries.

AUDITOR COMPANY “GALS-AUDIT”.

The company is created in 2002 and offers an exclusive kind of activity, auditor services. In the Company works experts brought in the Register of auditors who have the right to carry out audit checks of financial establishments (the Register of the State Commission on regulation of the markets of financial services). Thus, the company may carry out audit checks of the insurance, investment, leasing companies, investment and pension funds, the credit unions, and also other financial establishments.

Creation of the auditor company “GALS-AUDIT” became the closing stage of a general plan on the organization of a full complex of services for joint-stock companies. The company will carry out audit of emissions of securities, annual reports of joint-stock companies, and also their reorganization. However, activity of the company is not limited to above named directions — the company renders all kinds of audit and accounting services (including restoration of book keeping) both to joint-stock companies and the enterprises of other organizational and legal forms, and also financial establishments: to the insurance, investment, leasing companies, investment and to pension funds, the credit unions. The company is brought in the register of auditor firms of Auditor chamber of Ukraine (the Certificate #2945 from May, 30, 2002).

TRADE AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY “GALS”.

The trade and industrial company “GALS” is created in 2002 and represents the joint Ukrainian — Polish enterprise. Primary goal of the company is the establishment of economic relations of the Ukrainian enterprises with foreign partners, representation of interests of the foreign enterprises in Ukraine, and also realization of the Ukrainian and joint projects outside Ukraine. Also the company is engaged in creation and service of the enterprises with the Ukrainian, foreign or mixed capital in Ukraine and beyond its borders.
